>Make Kenyan Hospitals the best equipped hospitals in Africa, especially KNH: Dialysis, Cancer, Heart.

3. Enhancement of Education
Revamp ECD:
Regular training of ECD trainers.
Adequate staffing and remuneration.
Competitive and inclusive curriculum.
Equitable distribution of ECD centers.
Youth Empowerment and Rehabilitation Program:
Establish a County Youth Centre and Ward Youth Centres
Offer relevant short term courses: agriculture/technical.
Training to be offered on subsidised fees and bursaries.
Special rehabilitation services to be offered.
Models and sponsorships from global partners: Israel
Bursaries: Secondary and Tertiary Education.
4. Build Infrastructure
Enhance Road Network:
Rehabilitate and Create new Rural Access Roads
Robust Maintenance Regime
Improve Traffic Flow: Bypasses, Special Lanes for cyclists, motorcyclists
Sustainable Transport:
Revamp Lake/Water Transport: Ferries
Decongest Urban Centres: tuktuk, bodaboda
Subsidised transport within the urban areas
Cold Storage Infrastructure: Export of Fresh Produce
Solid Waste Disposal:
Revamp Garbage Collection and Expand Sewage Infrastructure
