Five Point Manifesto that is hinged on: Social Equity: serving all people equitably. Social Justice: fairness to all in discharging of services.
Social Democracy: redistribution of resources to the underprivileged.

1. Attract Investment in Industries:

>Revival of Cotton Industry: Land is suitable for cotton farming – thrived in the 80s.
>Establish Food Processing Industry:
>Large Scale Dairy Plant
>Fruit Processing
>Fish Processing
>Sugar Milling
>Poultry Production
>Establish Opportunities for >Horticulture/Floriculture
>Revamp Tourism: Large Hotels: 1000 bed hotel Conferences Marketing Budget & Activities Water Sports
Partnership with Private Sector, Donors, Central Government 

2. Improvement of Health Sector
>Improve Staff Morale through training, improved working conditions, improved remuneration.
>Reduce Mortality, eradicate maternal and infant mortality: Free Maternity Care. >Partnerships with foreign governments and hospitals for training, secondments, equipment.
>Make Kenyan Hospitals the best equipped hospitals in Africa, especially KNH: Dialysis, Cancer, Heart.
>Adequate Staffing and Equipment of Health Centres.
>Regular Mobile Clinics in remote areas. >NHIF Subscription Campaign.

3. Enhancement of Education Revamp ECD: Regular training of ECD trainers. Adequate staffing and remuneration. Competitive and inclusive curriculum. Equitable distribution of ECD centers. Youth Empowerment and Rehabilitation Program: Establish a County Youth Centre and Ward Youth Centres Offer relevant short term courses: agriculture/technical. Training to be offered on subsidised fees and bursaries. Special rehabilitation services to be offered. Models and sponsorships from global partners: Israel Bursaries: Secondary and Tertiary Education.

4. Build Infrastructure Enhance Road Network:
Rehabilitate and Create new Rural Access Roads Robust Maintenance Regime Improve Traffic Flow: Bypasses, Special Lanes for cyclists, motorcyclists Sustainable Transport: Revamp Lake/Water Transport: Ferries Decongest Urban Centres: tuktuk, bodaboda Subsidised transport within the urban areas Cold Storage Infrastructure: Export of Fresh Produce Solid Waste Disposal: Revamp Garbage Collection and Expand Sewage Infrastructure Recycle Garbage and Sewage Produce recycled water and electricity Communications: Free WiFi in commercial, industrial and recreational centres
Housing: Build 500k houses p.a. (low/middle income integrated estate) for Tenant Purchase and Rental Mandatory Solar Power for all new houses: subsidised by the National Grid. Markets: Promote 24 hour operations Modernise Markets Decentralise Markets to the Wards: construct new markets, rehabilitate existing ones. Ward Centres: Decentralise some County Services Commercial Hub Youth, Recreational, Art, Cultural Centres Free WiFi Increase Street Lighting: Solar Powered Lighting Water: Enhance Safety of Drinking Water Continuously Increase Quantity and Distribution Network Partnerships with private sector for sustainable future.

Build a Strong Social Fabric: Sports: Revamp Football, Hockey, Basketball, Cricket Rehabilitate Sports Pitches/Grounds: per ward Team Sponsorships Sports Tournaments: Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual Cultural Centres: Every Ward Monthly/Quarterly Briefings from President Social Amenities: Every Ward Humans are inherently social beings – we must belong!
